Jilivo is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your login credentials secure or shared them with another person.
Jilivo may request identity verification documents at any time — particularly before processing large withdrawals or if unusual account activity is detected. Accepted documents include a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport or other government-issued photo ID. Account withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is complete. This is a standard anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering requirement.
Jilivo accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. Withdrawal requests must be submitted through the Cashier section of your Jilivo account. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever possible. Jilivo aims to process Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals within 15 minutes under normal operating conditions. Bank IBFT transfers are typically processed within 2–4 business hours.
For withdrawals above Rs 50,000, Jilivo may request identity verification before processing. This is a standard regulatory requirement. Please ensure your CNIC details match the name on your Jilivo account to avoid delays. Verified accounts typically experience faster withdrawal processing across all amounts.
In the event a deposit fails to credit to your account or a withdrawal does not arrive within the expected timeframe, contact Jilivo support at support@jilivo.wine with your transaction reference number. Do not initiate a second transaction until the first has been investigated, as this can result in duplicate charges.
Jilivo does not hold your funds in foreign currency at any point. Your PKR balance is always stored and displayed in Pakistani Rupees.
Jilivo offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer — published on the Promotions page — as well as these general bonus rules. Where a conflict exists between specific promotion terms and these general terms, the more specific promotion terms take precedence.
Most Jilivo bonuses carry a wagering requirement — a minimum amount that must be bet before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated as a multiplier (e.g., 10×) applied to the bonus amount received. For example, a Rs 5,000 bonus with a 10× wagering requirement means Rs 50,000 in qualifying bets must be placed before withdrawal eligibility is unlocked.
Not all game types contribute equally to wagering requirements at Jilivo. Sports betting bets typically contribute 100%. Fishing games contribute 100%. Slot-style games contribute 100%. Live casino games including Baccarat, Roulette and Blackjack typically contribute between 10% and 20%. The specific contribution rates are stated on each promotion page.
Bonuses that are not used within the stated validity period will be removed from your account automatically. The validity period for most Jilivo promotions is 7 days from the date of credit unless stated otherwise. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated under any circumstances.
Jilivo monitors bonus usage patterns to detect abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing contradictory bets across accounts to guarantee a risk-free return, or systematically exploiting promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with genuine play. Accounts found to be abusing bonuses at Jilivo may have bonuses removed, winnings voided and accounts closed.
Withdrawing your real-money deposit before meeting the wagering requirement on an active bonus will cause the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings to be forfeited.
All RNG-based games on the Jilivo platform use certified random number generators that are independently audited for fairness and accuracy of stated RTP percentages. Live casino games use physical cards and equipment operated by professional dealers in regulated studio environments. Game outcomes cannot be predicted, manipulated or influenced by any player or third party.

If a match is abandoned, postponed for more than 24 hours, or a result is subsequently reversed by the governing sports body, Jilivo reserves the right to void or re-settle affected bets in line with industry-standard rules. Cricket matches that do not reach the minimum overs required for an official result are typically voided at Jilivo.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Jilivo platform. Engaging in any of them may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities.

Jilivo reserves the right to suspend, restrict or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if there is reasonable cause to believe these Terms have been breached. Cause includes but is not limited to: suspected fraud, suspected money laundering, violation of the prohibited conduct rules, chargebacks or payment disputes initiated without prior contact with Jilivo support.
You may request account closure at any time by contacting support@jilivo.wine. Prior to closure, all active bets must be settled and any pending withdrawals processed. Jilivo aims to process closure requests within 48 hours. If account closure is requested for responsible gaming reasons — for example as part of a cooling-off period — Jilivo will action this request with priority.
If an account is closed at the player's request with a positive PKR balance remaining, the balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within 5 business days, provided all identity verification requirements have been met. If an account is closed due to a Terms breach, Jilivo reserves the right to withhold or void outstanding balances pending investigation.
