No. Registering at Jilivo is completely free. There is no account opening fee, no subscription and no minimum deposit to create your account. You only need to deposit PKR when you are ready to play.

No. Jilivo allows one account per person only. Creating multiple accounts under the same or different names is a breach of the Terms and Conditions and may result in permanent closure of all associated accounts. No documents are needed to open and use your Jilivo account for normal play. Email and mobile number changes require identity verification for security reasons. You cannot change these directly in account settings without a verified step. The support team will verify your identity and process the change within 24 hours.

You must be at least 18 years of age. This is a strict requirement enforced at registration through date-of-birth collection and identity verification checks. Jilivo has zero tolerance for under-age accounts — any account found to belong to a user under 18 is closed immediately with all deposits returned.

Jilivo accepts deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. All deposits are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) — there is no foreign currency conversion and no hidden exchange fees on any of these methods.

First, confirm the transaction was approved in your Easypaisa, JazzCash or bank app and that the deduction has been made from your mobile wallet or bank account. Jilivo does not charge any deposit fees on any supported payment method. What you deposit is exactly what appears in your PKR balance. Your bank or mobile wallet provider may charge their own transaction fees in some cases — that is outside Jilivo's control and varies by provider, but Jilivo itself adds no processing charges on top.

Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes under normal operating conditions. IBFT bank transfers usually arrive within 2–4 business hours. Card withdrawals take 1–3 business days depending on your bank. Withdrawals submitted during high-volume periods or requiring additional verification may take longer — if your withdrawal has not arrived after the standard window, contact support@jilivo.wine with your withdrawal reference number.

Standard verified accounts do not have a monthly withdrawal cap — you can request withdrawals as frequently as needed. Common reasons for a held or declined withdrawal include: an active bonus with wagering requirements not yet completed, an unverified account (KYC documents pending), a mismatch between the withdrawal account name and your registered Jilivo name, or a security flag requiring review. No — for Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals, funds are sent to the mobile number registered to your Jilivo account. This is a security requirement to prevent fraud. A wagering requirement means you need to bet a certain total amount before the bonus funds become available to withdraw as real PKR. For example, a 20x wagering requirement on a Rs 1,000 bonus means you need to place a total of Rs 20,000 in bets using the bonus funds before that bonus converts to withdrawable cash. Bonuses are typically credited automatically after a qualifying deposit is confirmed. Accounts are locked temporarily after multiple failed login attempts — this protects you against unauthorised access attempts. Wait 15 minutes and try logging in again. Go to Account Settings → Security → Two-Factor Authentication and toggle it on.
